Overall aims of the Committee are as follows:

• Brainstorm on how to improve business and investment environment in Turkey through the analysis of bylaws in Turkey, the U.S. and the EU on ethical conduct;

• Develop strategies to raise awareness and dissemination of general Ethics & Compliance standards, regulations, laws in Turkey particularly among local firms;

• Develop strategies to shape the environment in Turkey about Ethics and Compliance regulations as to combat unfair competition of companies operating in Turkish economy;

• Identify sector specific NGOs and stakeholders and to develop strategies to improve networking opportunities of AmCham Turkey/ABFT member firms with these actors.
